11:30 AM - 12:30 PM:Explore gratitude practices with LWA's Angela & Shannon! We are offering this opportunity to explore practices supported by research to improve overall mood and general well-being.

1:00 - 2:30 PM:Meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief.

1:00 - 3:00 PM:Drop by our pop-up table to chat about wellness, get to know the Local Wellness Advisors, and find out what’s happening on campus to support you.

1:30 - 3:00 PM:with Mira Rozenberg and Julie Marceau. Everyone is welcome to join us for this gentle yoga session suitable for all levels.

5:00 - 6:00 PM:Hosted at MORSL: ɫƵ Meditation Club PracticeJoin ɫƵ Meditation Club at MORSL's Meditation Space to practice diverse meditation techniques.

5:30 - 6:30 PM:with the MSA. This class is designed for students at a beginner to intermediate level. If you can read Arabic, this course is perfect for you. We will explore key Tajweed rules. Location: SSMU 436

Tuesday

10:30 AM - 1:00 PM:The ɫƵ Art Hive is a space devoted to making art and community, located within the Healthy Living Annex at the Student Wellness Hub.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM:A support group for neurodivergent students and students living with chronic conditions who are seeking support.

12:00 PM:with Rabbi Shmuly and Chabad.

12:00 - 2:00 PM:The ɫƵ Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal!

1:30 - 3:00 PM:Join us for Tuck In Your Tech, a creative Art Hive session where you’ll make your own phone bed.

4:00 - 5:00 PM:Our support groups are non-directional, non-judgmental, and inclusive. Free, confidential, and open to everyone.

🕯️❤️4:30 - 5:30 PM:This workshop invites participants to reflect on their living space and learn ways to devote an area to sacredness whatever spiritual practices or activities are meaningful to them.

5:00 PM:with the MSA Join us for an evening filled with fun and competition. Complete various challenges, earn tickets, and trade them in for prizes, all while enjoying refreshments at the food court! Location: SSMU Ballroom. Food tickets are limited. Link in bio!

Wednesday

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM:Meet MORSL at the Desautel Wellness FairStop by MORSL's table at this fair just for BCom Students! Learn about our drop-in space services, spiritual wellness and interfaith programming, and chat with a members of our staff. This fair is a one-stop event to explore wellness resources at Desautels and ɫƵ.

12:30 - 1:30 PM:The B-Well drop-in will create an opportunity for Black students to take a wellness break, connect with peers, and their LWA/Counsellor.

5:30 - 7:30 PM:Hosted at MORSL: Weekly Diwan with ɫƵ Sikh Students' AssociationTake a mindful pause with us at our weekly Rehras Sahib and Kirtan on campus.

6:00 PM:St. Martha's Weekly Bible StudyOur Bible study happens every Wednesday. It starts at 6 p.m. Meet at Undercroft, 635 rue Ste-Catherine ouest, Montreal. Emailsarah [at] stemarthe.caif interested or for more information.

6:00 - 7:30 PM:with the MSA The Quran is more than a book we recite - it’s a guide meant to shape our hearts, actions and daily choices. This lecture is an opportunity to reconnect with the Quran in a deeper, more intentional way and to renew our relationship with the Book that was sent as mercy and guidance.

6:30 - 8:30 PM:with The Church of A&P's Young Adult Ministry. Join us for a time of learning, reflection, and community. A hybrid bible study to explore the Book of Exodus.

7:00 PM:Join us Wednesday (co-ed DG) or Friday (women’s DG) as we begin studying the book of Ecclesiastes. If you’ve never been to DG before, this is the perfect time to try it out! DM them for more info.

Thursday

10:00 - 11:30 AM:If you are seeking a cozy and warm opportunity to relax around a craft with a cup of tea, you are welcome to join us for our crocheting circle. This group aims to be an open space for queer, questioning, allies, and their friends.

3:30 - 4:30 PM:with the MSA. This class is designed for students at a beginner to intermediate level. If you can read Arabic, this course is perfect for you. We will explore key Tajweed rules. Location: Musallah (SSMU B-09).

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM:with the MSA. This semester, join us in memorizing Surah As-Sajdah! Already memorized it before? You’re still very welcome - this class is also open to those looking to revise and strengthen their recitation.

4:00 - 6:00 PM:Hosted by BISSI & the Student Wellness Hub team supporting Black and BIPOC students.

5:00 - 6:30 PM:Join student facilitators Kook and Josh for a 90-minute session grounded in Tibetan Buddhist practices.

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM:All are welcome to be part of this gathering and connect with our community, happening every Thursday. Persian tea will be served. Location: SSMU Building, Room 403, 4th Floor

Friday

10:30 AM -1:00 PM:The ɫƵ Art Hive is a space devoted to making art and community, located within the Healthy Living Annex at the Student Wellness Hub.

11:30 AM - 1:30 PM:Friends who play together stay together... and being well includes PLAYING! For Well Week, the Student Wellness Hub invites you to come and join The Snowbowl, where we'll play some football, handball, and fun games from your childhood.

1:00 - 3:00 PM:Want to serve in the community and connect with fellow ɫƵ students? Come join us for a Food Sorting activity at.

4:30 - 5:20 PM:New Schedule Our Friday Evening Prayer sessions are moving to a new fixed schedule! Join us every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. The vibe remains the same, a quiet space to unwind, hear biblical readings, and share in music and community at the end of a long week. Where: Montreal Dio, 3475 University (Chapel Room).

2:35 - 5:00 PM:Join MORSL for a trip to a mosque and community centre, the. The experience will start with an introduction to Islam and Muslims in Canada. We’ll then learn about how prayer works in Islam and witness community prayer. We’ll also hold a Q&A with a community leader.
