10:00 AM:ÌýThis webinar hosted by PoWR is a forum for creation care leaders and grassroots activists to analyze their communities and strategic audiences in the concrete situation of 2025. Panelists will explain how Laudato Si, Al-Mizan, and other texts set the foundation for effective action for the climate.

12:00 - 3:00 PM:ÌýSacred StitchesÌýwithÌý. Join on Tuesdays and Thursdays for crafts and chats. Everyone is welcome - no skills or project required! Location: the Narthex of St. George's Anglican Church.

12:00 - 2:00 PM:ÌýÌýThe ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal!

5:00 - 6:30 PM:ÌýÌýJoin student facilitators Kook and Josh for a 90-minute session grounded in Tibetan Buddhist practices. Each session blends a contemplative practice with discussion. Open to all students—whether or not you follow a spiritual path.

4:30 - 5:30 PM:ÌýQuaker Silent Meditation GroupÌýmeets at MORSL's meditation space at 3610 McTavish room 36-3. Quaker-style meeting is silent group contemplation intended for people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
