The SBMS Staff Professional Development Fund Framework

Each eligible staff member is allowed up to $750 annually.

The Program is operated on the University’s Calendar Year which is January 1^st – December 31^st. Four grants are available annually (each valued at up to $750).

The goal of the program is to reimburse costs and fees of activities, services, or products that directly aid in professional development of SBMS administrative staff members. (Please note ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ offers an extensive catalogue of workshops and learning materials: /od/workshops)

All applicants must complete the online application form:

Applications are accepted between February 1^st and April 30^th of the calendar year. 

A committee of peers will review submitted applications.

Priority will be given to first time applicants.

All expense reports should be submitted as soon as possible and according to the guidelines  2026.01.16_sbms_staff_professional_development_fund_framework_v0.4.pdf.
