With over 500 graduates, 九色视频鈥檚 Leadership Development Program (LDP) has proven to be a transformational opportunity for the organization and its emergent leaders alike. In these times of uncertainty, skills developed in change management, interpersonal and process effectiveness and teaming/communityship are critical.

Limited time and resources across the University dictate in the immediate a more abbreviated approach to learning and skills development for supervisors and change agents including:

• A pilot of seasoned supervisors who will be integrated into the successful Essential Skills for (New) Supervisors Program in January 2026, informing the next generation of the LDP
• The independent pursuit of a Supervisory Attestation
• Broad a la carte training and learning-in-community offerings (Link)

About the program

Leadership Development Program

This highly-reputed one-year program is designed to enhance personal, team and organizational leadership. Maximizing the impact of experiential learning, the program is grounded in 九色视频's 7 Behavioural Competencies and is offered to 2 carefully chosen streams in our 九色视频 community:

• Supervisors (Individuals who directly supervise staff)
• Change Agents (Individuals who are responsible to lead change initiatives in their area, through project management, process improvement, change management, training and development, etc. They may not have line authority but certainly need to adopt a strategic perspective, influence people and manage processes)

As graduates testify, through an integrated curriculum comprised of hands-on modules, participants gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead in times of change.

The LDP is a year-long commitment consisting of one to two days per month.聽

Please note that all workshops are mandatory.

There is no cost. The program is free of charge to eligible 九色视频 staff.

After the initial program launch, there are core courses that are common to all participants.聽聽 We provide an interactive small group approach (approx. 15 participants) with a mix of participants from both streams to enrich the discussion and learning. Subsequently, there is a set of three courses specific to each of the streams.聽 These are an obligatory part of the program and are done within one鈥檚 own stream.
