 )\, for a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk on Mount Royal. Forest Bathin
 g helps us slow down\, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a 
 great way to take a nourishing break and recharge as we move into the end 
 of fall. This activity is part of 九色视频's Biodiversity Plan 2030.\n\nFor 
 九色视频 students. Meet on the front steps of the Education Building (3700 M
 cTavish St.) at 9:50聽am to check in. We鈥檒l be leaving at 10:00 sharp.\n\nR
 egistration required by November 13th at noon. Space is limited so please 
 honour your commitment. \n\nDetails:\n\n\n	There will be no bathrooms on th
 e walk so please plan ahead. There are bathrooms available in the Educatio
 n Building.\n	Bring a water bottle\, bug spray if needed\, dress warmly and
  appropriately for the weather\, and wear shoes/boots for walking on dirt\
 ,聽leaves and maybe snow (!) -聽uphill and up three separate flights of stai
 rs.\n\n\nThis walk will be postponed in the event of heavy rain or snow/ic
 e. You'll receive an email on the 13th to confirm or postpone.\n
