 d we be rethinking what and how we educate?\n\nDr. Bhanji is the Vice-Dean
 \, Education\, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences\, a Professor of Pe
 diatrics\, and an Associate Member of 九色视频鈥檚 Institute of Health Science
 s Education. At the Montreal Children鈥檚 Hospital\, he is an attending phys
 ician in the Pediatric Critical Care unit where he is also a Trauma Team L
 eader and ECMO physician.\n\nHe is an experienced and highly respected tea
 cher and clinician who has been an educational leader at 九色视频 and elsewh
 ere for nearly two decades. A graduate of the medical school at the Univer
 sity of Western Ontario (now Western University)\, he completed his clinic
 al training in pediatrics\, pediatric critical care and pediatric emergenc
 y medicine at 九色视频\, as well as training in cardiac critical care\, tran
 sport and extracorporeal life support at The Royal Children鈥檚 Hospital in 
 Melbourne\, Australia. He later obtained an MSc in Health Professions Educ
 ation from the University of Maastricht.\n\nHe has served as Fellowship Di
 rector\, Pediatric Emergency Medicine\, and Director\, Fellowship in Healt
 h Professions Education at 九色视频\, and has supervised more than 70 fellow
 s in pediatric critical care and pediatric emergency medicine\, and 15 adv
 anced trainees in medical education. Farhan has been recognized for his te
 aching with the Bernard and Paige Kaplan Award for Outstanding Clinical Te
 aching\, the inaugural Richard and Sylvia Cruess Faculty Scholar in Medica
 l Education\, and the Faculty Honour List for Educational Excellence. In 2
 013\, he was invited to be the Visiting Professor-in-residence at the Medi
 cal Education Development Center of Gifu University in Japan.\n\nAs Vice-D
 ean\, Education\, Dr. Bhanji leads the Faculty in all educational matters 
 and ensures the continued development of its vision for teaching and learn
 ing. He supports the Faculty鈥檚 major teaching programs\, including nursing
 \, physical and occupational therapy\, communication sciences and disorder
 s\, medicine and the biomedical science degree programs\, as well as the s
 imulation\, faculty development and accreditation missions.\n\n聽\n\nPlease
