As part of 九色视频鈥檚 participation in UniForum, we collect data through two key components:

  • a Service Effectiveness Survey
  • an Activity Data Collection process

Service Effectiveness Survey

The Service Effectiveness Survey gives faculty and staff the opportunity to share feedback on the administrative and support services they use in their roles at 九色视频. The results will help assess which services are meeting expectations and where improvements are needed. The survey is designed to ensure that responses reflect direct experiences, so participants are asked to provide feedback only on the services they use rather than those they provide.

Activity Data Collection

In parallel, the Activity Data Collection process captures how time and resources are allocated across administrative functions at 九色视频. Designated managers provide data on operational activities, offering a high-level view of service delivery and resource distribution. This information is analyzed in aggregate (individual contributions are not tracked) allowing 九色视频 to refine services while maintaining operational excellence.

Together, these two processes provide a comprehensive picture of 九色视频鈥檚 administrative landscape, supporting data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and service quality across the university.
