We are pleased to welcome Dr. Emilie Trinh as the new MGH site program director for the Core Internal Medicine residency program, replacing Dr. Sana Swaleh, effective January 1st. Dr. Trinh has long been engaged with education at multiple levels, including participating as a TCP tutor, Osler Fellow, and Director of the MDCM Qualifying Year for UGME; contributing to academic half-days; supervising a longitudinal resident clinic; and serving as a role coach. Among her many distinctions, she has been awarded Best Nephrology Teacher in 2019 and 2023. We wish Dr. Trinh much success, and extend sincere thanks to Dr. Swaleh for her steadfast dedication to the residents and her many contributions in this role.
